BONUS Soils2Sea Stakeholder Workshops
Summary of three BONUS Soils2Sea Workshop online.
In late 2016, workshops have been taken place in the three case study areas of the BONUS Soils2Sea project. It was the second round of stakeholder workshops and the first round of workshop took place in late 2014 (summaries can also be downloaded at the project’s website). In all three workshops, three different management scenarios (top-down centralized, market-based and self-organised approach) were discussed. Focus in all three scenarios was on spatially differentiated regulation, which has been discussed with the participants of the workshops with the use of the world café method.

The second workshop took place in Klagstorp (Sweden) in November 2016. For this workshop, also Polish stakeholder were invited to participate and an excursion to introduce the Tullstorpsån project was organized. The last workshop in this series took place in Norsminde (Denmark) and was organized together with the local Catchment Council. There was very large interest for the meeting and the registration had to be closed two days before the meeting due to limited space. Altogether, 35 persons participated in the workshop.
